Goodbye Tino

My heart is in pieces again. 2.6 Tino had his 10th birthday and he was a happy dog. On Tuesday 11.6 we had to put him to sleep. My sweet Tino - you and Patu are now together watching over me. We miss you so much 😭

Do they really destroy things?

Dogs are lovable, loyal, they forgive you your bad days, they love you unconditionally, our best friends, and - they eat your home when they are puppies. Your home will never be the same.

Mattresses have many springs inside. Believe me - we know.

Ikea's furniture look so much better after styling.

 Wires have no chance against dog's teeth.

Shoes. Well. They come and go. Literally.

Passport isn't valid if half of it has been eaten. Especially if your flight should be very early next morning to USA. You just don't fly. We know this, too.

I have a dream of a house that has no eaten furniture, walls, flooring lists and when I look around it is clean. But I suppose we will never have those things and the reason is down here 😂

We have a puppy in the house

Loosing Patu was so devastating that the next two following days are just like a black hole in my life. I cried so much that finally there was no more tears to cry. I was numb. We lost our funny, gentle lion king. We lost our family member 😭

I am a kind of person that always when I have lost a dog - I have taken a new puppy. It doesn't replace the one I have lost but gives something else to think about. It gives so much joy, happiness and finally I can cry tears of happiness.

Life is a roller coaster - you never know what happens when you wake up. This time we thought that we won't get a puppy - we still have five dogs. But. The house was so empty. Quiet. Our girls where lost - the master of the house was gone.

So, everything happened very fast and still it felt like it was all planned. Maybe Patu arranged things from heaven? He knew that I was grieving so badly that I needed something else to think about. Patu's breeder had available male puppy. Mika was on the way to Denmark with his van. It was so easy to instead of turning back to Finland after unloading his load, just drive straight to North-Germany. And he did.

We have a new family member. This heart breaker has a name Bono and he is just gorgeous. We are so in love. He has given us so much happiness during these six days.

Bono has just arrived home. I'm so in love immediately 💓💓💓

Tytsy loves him and they play together all the time. We don't have quiet house anymore.

I am so thankful that this happy little man is now living with us. He is perfect 😍😍

Goodbye Patu

I have news that break my heart. The King in our house has gone over the rainbow. I have no words - This is so heartbreaking. Goodbye Patu - mummy and daddy loves you forever 😭😭😭😭

Taking photos

Taking photos from our dogs isn't easy - sometimes it is almost impossible. To have all six to stay together at their place at the same time. So we decided to use Ida's helps. She is amazing photographer and she loves dogs.

No more heat or...

So, finally Peggy's, Lennu's and Pulla's heats are over. I'm in heaven.

We were enjoying the beautiful winter day today. Life is perfect.

Patu has started to eat and he is not whining anymore. He is happy dog again.

I'm starting to forget how horrible life is with three females in heat and one not neutered male.

Then we came home. Tytsy had something to tell me. Can you quess?

Why? Oh, why???

The heat is on

We have three females in heat at the moment. You have no idea what it's like.This house is a mad house. In these days I always think why on earth do I have females and males and they are not all neutered and sterilized. What was I thinking???

Lennu started this madness.

Peggy joined the company

At the moment Pulla is the hottest lady in the house.

Tytsy is ready to go in one week.

Patu is love sick. He can't eat, he can't sleep but he sure can whine.

Tino is just confused. "Why in the world do I feel I should get close to the girls? Why do I want to leave my man cave???? I don't even like the girls 😧
